We engage in charitable projects such as the construction of a school with orphanage, the arrangement of sponsorships for children and the regular organisation of medical camps in the Ladakh region of India.

His Holiness Drikung Kyabgön Chetsang Rinpoche, the 37th ruler in the Drikung Kagyü line and the 7th reincarnation of the Chetsang Rinpoche, is a manifestation of Chenrezig (Avalokiteshvara). He has given his lifelong support to our association.
Samten is the ambassador for the forgotten children from his homeland of Ladakh in the Himalaya region of India. He grew up in a tiny village in Ladakh and belongs to the monastery there. For many years he has travelled between India and Germany. He has brought a multitude of initiatives to life, such as the organisation of medical camps and the restoration of his home monastery, Tserkarmo. But his greatest vision is still not finished – the construction of the Nalanda School and Orphanage.
